Actually, you may be right. But, I'm not sure if it's in her vocal range. Everyone has a vocal range, with me, I can't go too low and with Melissa, it might be the opposite.
I just realized. Where the scene with Mon-el saying Kara had comets, the writers put that in their, meaning they noticed Melissa's eyes and that scene was to compliment her.
