- Want a better screen on your Game Boy Color? Well, you can now get Game Boy Color Backlit panels on eBay for a reasonable price.
The question is, how good are they? I decided I'd find out and make a video about my first impressions on the installation process.

It definitely sucks that the screen is smaller... I would maybe mask off the edge of the screen if possible with black tape or something if you still want to keep the old screen lens.
I think the way the brightness control generally works may be start or select button, and then the "antenna" thing is probably a capacitive touch sensor... maybe put it near the edge of the case and it can tell when you put your finger near it to change the brightness.
Oh true, I didn't even think of a touch sensor. That would make sense since it really isn't in the shape of a 2.4GHz antenna. I'll have to investigate a few things and report back

Hey man nice vid i have the v5 of that mod ...the touch sensor is in the opposite side of the mb. And theres no instructions since it is far away from the infrared area. Also the lens plate shows the white border of the ips ... seems v3 is better than the latter
