You will have to check for yourself starting with everything at the lowest. And definitely forget about playing with more than 2 cars and AI traffic. GTA would play much better man.

I use also laptop and one advice is to use a cooling laptop stand or just raise the laptop a bit from behind for better air flow and if you can add those table fans to blow then even better. It helps with the temperatures bro. 😉
which pentium? I honestly have my doubts that it will hit 20fps. Depends on your pentium, but my i3-4030u barely gets better than 20fps at 480p ultra low settings, it has 8gb ram which is very important for this game.
