As for LS builds, I'm ngl to you, I'm not super versed in builds (probs look up builds on youtube and stuff if you want better advice), I kinda just go with what feels right for a given monster (i.e. thunder monster with ice weakness = go for thunder armor and an ice weapon), so don't take my advice as gospel, just maybe ideas you can build off of
Attack Boost, Critical Eye, Quick Sheathe, Weakness Exploit, I'd say those are good, I also don't think Partbreaker is too out of the question and Handicraft is kinda universally good across all weapons. From quick research I did, LS doesn't really need anything crazy
