For making bank transfer of accommodation you should show that the agency you are sending money has tieup with University. I showed that using website where company name was mentioned and made the transfer !!

I'm sorry to hear that. But being gold medalist does not necessarily mean you will get scholarship. You need to meet different types of requirements depending upon your university, course, field of study, work experience and many more. I wish you good luck for your future!

If you are bringing the copies then you need to attest them, else it is always good idea to bring original documents. We never know what comes next.
