Paul, this is nothing short of amazing! What a powerhouse suite of tools! I will be securing my own copy of this! I can eliminate nearly every developer Chrome extension and have one “go to” tool that allows me to achieve so much without having to dig through all the extensions I would use to achieve the same thing!
Hey Paul, thanks for showing this. There is a similar one in AppSumo InTab but not that much advanced. I will definitely get the Hoverify plugin!! Keep up the great work !!!
Hi Paul, Thanks for the find, Saw it with you, Loved it, and Bought it. Yes, as you said, it does get rid of three other apps in Chrome, but it is a godsend for productivity. And the developer is a very nice person too, had a chat over email, and drop your name and channel in as well. Happy days. Cheers John.
While it does take full and region screenshots, only issue with this is the inability to take screenshot in responsive mode. It’s one shortcoming of the extension since I have been using it.
I don't see the benefits, because everything is accessible in the devtools. Like everything! And plus, there is no plus value for me as a developer. I don't understand this.
I think the value in this tool is specifically for developers that have to take over a site that has no documentation. It allows you to quickly grab the colour palette, fonts as well as some screen shots to illustrate issues to the client. The Build with feature is also nice as is the debug. Yes all of this can be found elsewhere but it's all in once place which makes things convenient. Personally I would love it if they would have an "document" function. A feature that grabs all those documentable items and spits them out either as an HTML document or PDF.
The first time I am seeing this tool, thanks for the info, it definitely looks good but for South Africa - not sure if it is worth the $49, as you say the restriction on browser licenses is very restrictive especially when you have to work with clients on both Mac and Windows. I am also assuming that once the license has been activated, if you need to reformat your pc or transfer the license to another one, it will not be possible?
Almost everything except editing screen captures which is a essential feature. Sometimes we take screenshot and point out things on the image.. They should add it..
I bought a year ago when it was $25 and it is one of the top notch tool that has everything in one place rather than having multiple chrome extensions. Honestly, Himanshu Mishra (founder of the tool) built a gems platform that has huge potential for web designers & dev.
I have a Hoverify license. I actually have used it and I have a issue with the "Responsive" mode. It doesn't not accurately reflect what you will see on the devices it represents.
Hi, Paul! This extension is pretty much doing what we can already do for free... Using Google Chrome inspect element. Maybe there are a couple of advantages like having an appealing interface to get the information from the HTML, and the eyedropper tool. Other than that I don't think I am buying it anytime soon.
From my testing, the tabs screenshot option only takes a pic of what's onscreen in the tab and not the entire page (sadly) - unless I missed a setting for changing this.
You may be able to get along fine without it, but the website has no support or documentation at all. There is a roadmap and a changelog, and that's it so far as I can tell.
While I get that most people are on a tight budget, pushing lifetime deals like this are potentially the reason why we see great tools disappear. In order to have continued development, they need to have a constant revenue stream. When tools like this are painstakingly built and supported, we need to continue to support them, so when the web changes, as it does, we don't have to worry about those tools not working with it. Just my thoughts, though...
I agree, but the developer has chosen to go onto AppSumo. I’m assuming this is to gain exposure for Hoverify. Tbh, once the Ltd is over I’ll update the description and link info to the main site and direct people there.

I am pretty stoked for this tool. It’s nice to have it all in one place like that. Thanks for the heads up!
My pleasure. Glad the video was useful :)
Amazing tool, I just purchased it. can't wait to use it. Thanks Paul
Wow!! I’ll be purchasing through your link tomm Paul! #priceless deal indeed

Bought the LTD last time it was on offer at AppSumo. Definitely a handy bit of kit to have...

Thank you for the name drop. 😉

VisBug extension is kinda the same and it´s free.
How have I not heard of VisBug before? High quality extension right here.
Oh wow! Now I've seen this plugin I'm regreating having purchased Hoverify! 😆Thanks for sharing it!
Keep in mind: Visbug doesn’t take a screenshot of the pages, does not download the images in one click and there’s no color picker on Visbug

Awesome paul do you know if the developers are active and will add more features?
I believe so, yes. I know quite a few people who swear by the extension.
I. Brought this, i wonder if we get ruler
Interesting! Can it take full page screenshots of several pages at once, or just the hero sections?

@@WPTuts thanks, appreciate it!
@@thorminator my pleasure. :)
How long will the offer last? Any idea?
It's only been on AppSumo for a couple of days, so I'm sure it'll be around for a little while yet.
Thanks a lot
Yeh so take my money😍
Tool is good but as said little expensive.

FRRRR all the layering n buttons i cant keep up
Any chance you can do a compare between Hoverify and the free Visbug extension?
There is a better and best extension out there , namely visbug, (FREE)..give it a try and let me know
Is there a way to export the full color pallet as well as all used fonts for page in Visbug?
