You have NEVER competed in any physical sport and your comment shows that.
If you had heard the entirety of the speech and known the context, you would see it wasn't negative and meant as you're interpreting it. None of his game and practice speeches have been negative. They're all shown on the GBRewind series for people to hear for themselves. FWIW, they won that game.
