completely unrelated but i find it funny how a game with prostitutes, gun and drug smuggling, murder, torture, kidnapping and more wont let their players curse

I found a girl who was abusing god mode on xbox. Not only did I report her to rockstar a good amount of times, I also reported her account to Microsoft multiple times. Her account got banned and I haven't seen her go online since.

I actually just had my first encounter with a GM player like 2 weeks ago. I've been a peaceful, target the griefers kinda player since gta4. I never fire unless fired upon and I'll even slide up and help cover deliveries when I see them. Some people immediately go defensive and take me out, others will allow me closer and will realize after I wave helo rotors back and forth, that I'm probably friendly. I only got back into gta5 because I found out about the kosatka. I ended up with a full built sub, sub cars like the toreador and an avisa, then got stealth helos, because, for whatever reason, I'm into rotor wing craft.
Keep up the good work. I'm out there too, helping quietly from the depths of the ocean, or from just over that hilltop. I'm watching, and I have your 6. Carry on.

One of the big reasons I quit gta cause almost everyone is fucking toxic as hell in GTA in RDR2 it's way more peaceful but I keep my gun out around players just incase in RDR2 cause there are griefers and morons that provok you into fighting and I make them regret it lmao

Saw a God mode user today who took the diamonds but too bad I left the lobby once the guy starts tp-ing to other CEOs who's chilling and minding their own business. Plus a griefer who left the lobby right after destroying my terrobyte while I was on the process of stealing diamonds. Another random griefer came before the god mode user showed up killed me once I got the diamonds good thing killed him back though for the fairness once he tried to run for cover. Right away I left the lobby because of the god mode user teleporting to players all around and don't want to waste my time killing the griefer. They had one death enough already so best I call it a day after killing them once with an carbine rifle to the skull after they missiled me with their flying horse.

Rockstar has such a bad reputation for patching stuff that helps the players with the shit economy since literally everything is expensive as shit, but won’t bother patching game breaking glitches that provide godmode for the player or vehicles/aircrafts, they usually stick around for about 4-6 months before they actually patch it, which in return creates a loop hole for it that in return, basically resets the cycle, thus always creating the breaking point for free mode
Well, they finally patched the loading times. Tbh this to me is a subtle coverup because the modder exposed how easy it was to fix the code, so they had to respond otherwise people would leave the game. At least God mode users aren't as wide spread as they were back in 2017.

Here's some ways to counter (not kill) Godmode players:
***UPDATE AS OF 2023***
YOU CAN NOW KICK PLAYERS OUT OF GODMODE BY PINNING THEM UNDER A KHANJALI
1. Use the RC Tank to keep running them over, it won't kill them but it will annoy them.
2. Invite them to any of your properties (apt, moc, facility etc) triggering a cutscene cancels God mode
3. Alternatively pretend to be their friend and pick them up in any vehicle, then drive into any garage you own or any LSC (takes them out of GM)
4. Start a 1v1 death match with them, it will take them out of GM if they accept
5. Go in Passive mode and then drive any vehicle into them but jump out before it hits them, once again won't kill them but will annoy them the more you do it. (Use this if you don't have an RC Tank)
6. Call them on your phone over and over again, it stops some actions from working and is overall annoying (I've made plenty of GM griefers leave this way, the faster you call and hang up the better)
7. Turn your mic on and call them out, alot of these players are actually afraid to get banned, once you bring attention to them they might just leave (this works alot of the time) also report and vote kick, they usually get the idea.
If you send mercenaries on a god mode player and they get shot they will lose their god mode, they will also lose their god mode if they enter anything including facility/terrorbyte ^^

8. Work on rockstar's gta5 player banning team while playing gta5 and kick them from the game for 1 week (if they have no other offenses)

I’ve encountered soooo many people in godmode and then they try to act like there actually a god. It’s one of the reasons I don’t play gta as much anymore. If you ever do, then you can play stupid and act like they a god, invite them to apartment or any property that will put them in cut scene. The cut scene will put them out of godmode then you can make them leave and you can fight without the godmode

Best time in that game.

Had a session with a few friends and this modder decides to troll us one by one. We ganged up on him and in the end we truced and he spawned tanks for everyone to mess around in.
I got attacked 'n killed by god mode cheaters in red dead redemption 2 online and witnessed my friend Dylan getting attacked by this type of cheaters in gta 5 online. Such skilless these griefers are, they use it to prevent their victims to fight back and even up the score.

Had a similar experience on destiny, 2 guys made new characters and joined into 3v3 elimination, when you level up in destiny you get a free ultimate ability so they would spam level and use their ults against us.
This is Why I always go into an Invite/Friend Only Session. Thank god Cayo Perico exists so I can get easy money too.

People always say that aim assist is “overpowered” but it only auto locks on the chest which is useless if the person you are fighting has body armor of is a high level, you have to aim for the head because it takes skill

Literally happened today; a god mode user was ground pvping people, so of course I wanted to join in. Literally hit all of my marksman rifle snipes, rockets etc and he didn't die. So after he gets 2-0 on me I ask why he's in god mode, and then go to my orbital cannon. He replies with "Trash" like literally all of the god mode users ever. After using the orb a few times to destroy his vehicle, he went "p$y" (you can guess what he meant), and left. Truly a lost cause.
