    Interesting! I didn't know you could freeze greens so after watching your video, I searched the Internet and learned that they need to be blanched first unless you're going to cook them within a short period of time, otherwise they start to lose flavor/nutrition. How long do your greens keep in the freezer before you cook them?

      Hi Marilyn. This method has worked for me, but yes, you always blanch them first. These last me a few months.
