Hello, Vic! Thanks for the great questions! Taxo A is not the ideal test to differentiate S. pneumoniae and the viridans group, but it can be possibly used. It will depend on how the question was asked in the board exam. If ang tinatanong is ano ung routinely ginagamit, then our answer would be Taxo P, as well as the bile solubility test. You can check Mahon's Diagnostic Microbiology Table 15-3 p. 334
Camplyobacter jejuni is capnophilic, the answer should be Harmophilus influenza only.
