The standards have been lowered in a lot of way for sake of "equality" garbage and "feelings". Its still a great goal to join but if you want to take as much from it as you can like our predecessors, your mentality needs to match that and you have to be willing to speak with your DS's in boot of what you want your outcome to be. Only then can they push you the way they used to for the most part.
