FYI it will not blind opposite because BRV low beam headlight (H11 bulb) casing is Projectors type while the high beam (HB3 bulb) case is Reflectors type. Changing LED to a Reflectors type case will surely blind others if the angle is not adjust.
Hi, did you also change other bulbs in the car to LED? (indicators, reverse light, number plate, interior lamps etc..) What is the increase of load on the battery after this upgrade?
Did them on my old corolla, indicators, stop lamps, but indicators needed a load resistors. Switched back to stock bulbs on for the headlights though. Anything to do with wiring changes, i stay away. As long as it is plug and play its a cool upgrade. Just a heads up if you aren't aware, changing to LED is actually illegal. One of the reasons, is that the headlight assembly is built to work with halogen bulbs (unless manufacturer has offered it as a stock option). Although LED's run cooler, still the light throw isn't handled as expected resulting in glaring to oncoming traffic. The use of projectors in the BR-V cancels out the glare as it does its job regardless of the bulb type.
