Action Bronson Drinks Through Rural France - From Paris with Love (Part 3)

- In the third and final installment of the critically-acclaimed smash hit trilogy From Paris with Love we find ourselves starting out at Le Verre Volé. Action is in for a surprise, as Clovis and the crew at the restaurant arranged for a whole yellowfin tuna to be at the restaurant for his arrival. After sampling the fish’s spinal fluid and eating its loin along with beurre noisette, it's on to dinner.
Brutos is a big meat place. Roast chicken and cote de boeuf are on the menu, and they are easily devoured. In the second half of the show the fellas book it to Auvergne, the home of several pioneers of natural wine. A quick sip and a snack with Aurélien Lefort leads to a big tasting in the cellar of À La Natural producer Patrick Bouju. Until next time, mes amis.

The cellar scene is like a gang of guys during zombie apocalypse discovering stash of wine after not seeing it in years.
I haven't watched Action Bronson in a while, but found this series on Paris and was reminded why I was so intrigued in this first place. This dude is himself, always, and by doing so he gives those around him permission to be themselves too. The scene where he dedicates a glass of wine to the land, then Clovis follows suit and the winemaker acknowledges and respects what he does...and Bronson shows his appreciation for the winemaker...that shit is perfect. The set, the setting and score was spot on. Props to those involved for being real, and props to the editors and music producers for helping make it a memorable scene. Moments like this are why I keep watching.

I feel left out for binging this show 2 years later but as I have noticed whenI keep watching is that Action’s way of describing dishes with passion is simply incredible. Somehow you can feel his relaxation and enjoyment thru the screen. Thus making this series amazingly underrated

I'm French, I worked for a "viticuluteur" a year ago, I sized (is it how you say "tailler" ?) and recolted the vine and lived the experience of testing good wine after a long day of work, other employees that were old bringed their old wine that they keep only for great occasions at the end of the "mission" so I had the occasion to taste really good products. Seeing this make me nostalgic of those moments when we were just enjoying good cheese with good wine, a lot of viticulteurs are very passionate, they live for their creations and even if their wine is expensive they are not cheap for the most, they like to share. I recommand everybody to work for a season and live this if you go or if you already are in France. Pardon me my English

what can i say, i am no aclaimed critic neither am i an important person that anyone has to listen to in this world. (no one is that important) but I will say that this 3 part series of just pure joy was truly refreshing. how someone from brooklyn mixes in with the parisians and les campagnares is truly a beautiful marriage like you would say in french. i will recomend this series to everybody i know this summer and believe that the feeling watching this series and the three episodes in my bed in my boarding school away from all of my origins and basically watching someone else get to enjoy so much makes me feel so much better, just to know others can enjoy this and i hope everyone will enjoy such joy. in another way maybe yes, but whatever way you can feel such joy and reality that is the life. and no it is no peek of life because life has no peeks in life but is the most beautiful mountain range in the world it goes as high as the hymmalyas and as the deepest oceans. the most important is the way you reach those places and to never regeret them to look around yourself and realize where you are. this series reminds me of this. to live in peace, love and joy.

The French get a really bad reputation sometimes as assholes, or that they look down on others. I have found that in my experience that is not at all the case. Maybe I was just fortunate, but the french that I met while in the military are some of the coolest, most fun people I have ever met.
It’s because many people only visit Paris and parisians are like that even for us, the french that don’t live in Paris. All French people aren’t parisians ;)
@@pdg9630 it's not just that. I've lived in the south for 10 years and Paris for 6, it's just obnoxious tourists. French culture doesn't take shit from people, they've been through enough wars and hardship, it's moulded them into a different people who just don't take shit. They tell you how it is, and lots of other cultures are afraid or passive aggressive and thus find it "rude" when a French person is telling them off. In French culuture, its not seen as rude, its just normal, so to them they're not being rude. The best thing is, you know what's going on with a french person, there's no lying, deceiving etc

I have watched this at LEAST twice a year since it dropped. As well as the Paris episode with Alchemist being physically revolted by the strong cheeses. This needs to be a continued French series of some sort, how has that not happened yet?? Such a chill, funny, and inspiring watch, never gets old.

I've lived rue saint maur for like 4 years now and Action is actually doing everything i've ever wanted to do in my own street. I even got kicked out of one of the restaurants he is smoking in, because I was smoking... gotta love the lifestyle

Have 3 beers or 3 wines. and start from episode 1,...... and savoir.... What you will find is a new world in Paris. A different world, a world unbound by tradition but the spirite of Paris. Lives all the same, in the artisans and craftsmens devoting their lives to prodcuce the finest things in life.
