How I fixed squeaky brakes on my YXZ

    Just a FYI, it is possible to put too much grease on the slide pins. Ive been told never to put it on the end of the pin, just lightly on the sides.

    Try washing it better after every ride.

    Were you hearing the squeak while driving or only when you applied the brakes? Mine squeaks all the time and I'm trying to figure out what it is. I'm not a mechanic either.

      @MaximumLagGolf I only heard it when I braked. Since yours is happening all the time, maybe check out the e-brake and see if that might be the problem. Thanks for watching!

      That might be you need to live up the shocks

      @@shiftyattitude It ended up being the brake caliper mount was rubbing the rotor. I took the caliper off, regreased the pins. I got the mount to sit further away from the rotor and now it's fine.

    Mine has squeaked since brand new. After they warm up a bit it goes away
