    Hi Damo, brilliant!! This is exactly the demo ↑was looking for - sending customised attachments ... I assumed it could be done, just didn't know how. Thanks again, I am just discovering the versatility of power automate and can say its a game changer.

    Hi, i am looking to customised send email with one unique attachment and 2-3 general attachments.
    Is there a flow to send bulk customised email with one unique attachment and 2 or 3 general attachments for a selected row in excel?

      To achieve this you need to append the files to the array or create two arrays and use the union expression 👍

      That's a potentially interesting use case. Would the value be in column metadata? Or would you use AI to extract the value? Would these invoices go to a certain team based on these criteria?

      @@DamoBird365 Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I am so new to this whole Power Automate thing so I am not even sure I am asking the right questions. The value will be in a column called Amount Due. I don't think I will be using AI to extract the value since I don't know what this is at all. For each company, I have a contact person. For example, I will send all MS invoices to Bill Gates. lol

    Brilliant! I'm looking for a similar solution to send multiple emails in bulk based on Excel table data with multiple file attachments per email. I already have my flow created to bulk email but I can't figure out how to automatically attach all files that belong to that email. Each attachment starts with the Customer Reference number and there are 2 to 10 files that need to be attached per email. All files have different suffixes though, only commonality is the Customer Ref #. Any suggestions?

    @DamoBird365 can you make a solution whereby the user receives emails with a specific subject line and all the attachments of excel CSV are merged?

    • @DamoBird365
      @DamoBird365  7 месяцев назад +1

      Interesting. Would this be at the end of the day? It’s possible to get emails and filter on subject, like a reference number and then get attachments and merge them, saving them to SharePoint or emailing. Csv is easy as it’s text, but an excel file could be created too.

    • @blanenaidoo4302
      @blanenaidoo4302 7 месяцев назад

      @@DamoBird365It's possible that it could be either at the end of the day or even intermittently, maybe a condition can be used so that the automation doesn't try to merge less than 2 attachments. I think that even an excel file would be great. Just wondering how to keep the one file's headers and discard the rest. Is it possible that you could look into this solution? I think a lot of us could benefit from it. Thank you for your content.

    Hello my friend. Great video! I have a question, I work in a company that receive hundreds of invoices in PDF format to the mail. I download them and write something that it is required. I save them again in PDF format, and I send it back to the mail where they are processed by payments team. I usually download them and add a small text on them with Adobe Acrobat. Is it possible to automate that task on power automate?
