Thanks for the video! How many kilograms do you usually roast per month/before this level of cleaning?

So I currently do a deep clean like this once a month no matter the number of kilos roasted however I have found that after around 30 kilograms the caked on oils get so thick the chaff collection and impeller fan don't seem as effective so if I get to 30 before the end of the month I will at least clean the fan the chaff filter and the faceplate. Also if you're going past second crack on every roast you can expect the need for cleaning to increase
