My burning question is... Do you ever have a baking fail? I've watched you make so many tasty things, this and the pizza especially and they always look a success. I know mine would just flop 😂

I had a baking fail while doing a YT Live with Lauren and Jean. I was so distracted chatting that I forgot to add an ingredient and my scones were dry and gross, ha. Managed to save it by turning them into a crumble topping. x

Awesome!! Your channel and your promotion of small presses is one of the main reasons I finally was brave enough to start my own channel focused only on smaller presses. One of your videos (maybe a year or more ago) introduced me to Strangers Press, and it was really at that point, after I placed an order for every one of their chapbooks, that I decided to take the plunge with a channel. Thanks for such inspirational videos - so grateful!!

Are all the books slim? Published by Strangers Press. And they choose short novels to publish? I seem to be curious about this --more than I expected. Even their website doesn’t state the books length. Must be a known fact. I will be reading some. Maybe buy a set of their translations. Thank you Jen. The world is an amazing place.

I read *So We Look to the Sky* by Kubo Misumi (窪美澄) in Japanese and loved it. I'm surprised that the English translation title uses the first person plural "we" instead of first person singular as a literal translation of the Japanese title (『ふがいない僕は空を見た』). I'm happy to see foreign language translations of my favorite author's book.

Jen's Sunday reading vlogs. Two cups of coffee and the best reviews and expanding my tbr in 30 minutes. On a personal note I want my favorite booktubers to have a country weekend reading blog. I want to see books pies jumper game games laughter. I want to know that everything is going right in the world. That there is still light and hope in the world and that darkness has been beaten back for the moment. If you want to delete this I get it, but is a dream I have.

please protect your vocal cords more, making videos when your voice is not ok can hurt you :c I hope you are working with voice emission expert - if your voice is strained often, it might be necessary to establish some new routines like drinking more water, doing voice exercises, breathing exercises and so on. I know that unsolicited health advice is rarely welcome, but I really hope you won't take it the wrong way. your health is important, the videos can wait
