That plant coming up in the greenhouse is Purslane. ( Close relative to that flower you grow Portulaca). I think of it as an invasive weed which comes all over in my yard in IL, but yes Logan it is edible. High in vitamins. Some people here chop it raw in a salad and some cook it in soup. Not for me, but more power to them. :) Take care Broyan family :)
Welcome back Logan !! .. and as always beautiful sharing adventure documentary countryside adventure and I really appreciate and enjoy watching your lifestyle documentary adventure video channel .. thanks again
Taking all the equipment, plants and water to the field to plant can be a job in itself. I've seen that plant around here but I don't know if it's edible or not. Your eggplant and peppers look fantastic!
Beautiful bell peppers...I definitely have bell pepper envy! Mine never quite make it to that size (for stuffing). Possibly the heat here in middle Georgia but the jalapeños are rocking though. What variety are they?
That plant you asked about is purslane, I just eat it when I find it. Good source of folate. So that liquid fertlizer you used is that balanced like 10 10 10 or something else?
I'm just transplanting broccoli cauliflower I planted corn and pumpkin last month I'm in Arizona Tomorrow will be 116 so this time of the year can be tricky for all plants
Yup- purslane- I do not eat it but some folks do. You can even buy seed for it in seed catalogs. It can get to be a real nuisance in the field or greenhouse, I can attest to that!
Your mystery plant is portulaca. It's a crunchy cucumbery tasting green. I eat the leaves added to salad. Now a question for you. What is the name of the collard greens you grow?
Logan, those plants are edible but, to me they’re weeds I pull out or they grow like crazy. Watching the damaged cornfield, reminds me I just saw something has dug out most of the potatoes my hubby planted. Drives me nuts almost as much as finding bird nests in my hanging baskets! Does watering the flowers affect the eggs in the nest? I admire the patience farmers must have….Take care…👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
If you want to no what that plant is you could download a plant I'd appreciate. I have no idea if this would work but it might be worth trying a electronic game call like hunters use like a fox call good luck and glad you got rain
Hi Logan, I love your channel and you and your families work ethic. I just would like to give you a gentle reminder that the tone you use when you speak to your girlfriend and your mom comes across as curt and condescending. Please consider how it comes across to us viewers… that is that you may be chauvinistic!

Purslane. There's many wild plants that are edibles. Sows Purse, Chicory and a wild version of Arugula. And of course Dandelions.

Glad y’all got some much needed rain Logan! Those zinnias are awesome! Take care guys
Oh, it's so interesting to see the way you prepare it
Another interesting video, Logan! You always teach me something! Thanks!

Hey Logan...where's your new knife!?
That plant is called purslane and it is edible
Why don’t you add more comfortable seats to the planter? The Veggie Boys added better seats to their planter.
I think of it as an invasive weed which comes all over in my yard in IL, but yes Logan it is edible. High in vitamins
People have NO Idea that anyone would still be Planting in Early August. 🤔👍🙏
Stagger planting means long harvest seasons.
Beautiful bell peppers...I definitely have bell pepper envy! Mine never quite make it to that size (for stuffing). Possibly the heat here in middle Georgia but the jalapeños are rocking though. What variety are they?

Hi Logan, maybe you could set up a sort of wildcam (also some footage) and the mystery will be solved.
Have a nice day
Love your mum ❤️ respect 🙏
I'm just transplanting broccoli cauliflower I planted corn and pumpkin last month I'm in Arizona Tomorrow will be 116 so this time of the year can be tricky for all plants
Good day to all.
I’m sorry this will be your last time, thoughts and prayers are with you

Betting you have a black.bear passing through eating a corn snack. :)
Do you ever sit on the planter while your dad or mom drive the tractor?
How about some good cushions on that planter
How about a trail camera to see what animals are eating your crops. It won’t stop them but it would be RUclips worthy.
Feels like the jungle these days
how old is Daisy ? she is so pretty but she moves kind of slow, so i would assume she is up in age ! give her tons of love !!!!!

Hey Logan...how many ears does one corn stalk produce?
Usually one but sometimes two. The second ear will be small.
@beckyumphrey2626 thanks for the info Becky
Use for mix salad ..
I would pull all that purslane, if I were you. Or it will be everywhere. It's already pretty big in the hoop house.
We have Black bears .now out in my fields
Purslane raw in salads or stir fry or stews, etc highly nutritional weed.
Here in asia we eat it,thats purslane😂
What are you spraying on the vegetables when they are washed?
Water

Set you some traps catch it then take it to market
Yes it is edible can be steamed like spinnage
Sounds like people are your pests in the cornfield.
Where is Frank don't see him in your videos anymore
Where is sammi
Sammi is on rotations to be a pharmacist so she is only here on weekends. Thanks for watching. 😁
Purslane
Where is that straw hat and overhauls
Where is frank.
Please feed the cows slower and lower so the feed doesn’t blow into their eyes. Great channel. Thank you.
@@daveklein2826 it is necessary to be kind to God’s creatures.
I am not eating that darn weed
Purslane, very nauseous
