Most people are conditioned to habitually navigate life by perceiving reality through a filter of a conceptual self. This self attempts to control reality in order to minimize suffering and maximize the enhancement of its own sense of conceptual worth (either positive or negative), and this is done by manipulations, strategies, unconscious patternings and coping mechanisms. When the attention is focused in this delusional way it leads to suffering.
By becoming aware of the conceptual self and the ways in which it affects one's behaviors it is possible to free oneself from this grip of egoic suffering and discover lasting freedom and peace. The fastest and most effective way to end this suffering is to give up all interest in material forms and experiences and give ALL one's interest to the unseen Divine pure consciousness.
This consciousness is not a concept, idea or belief system. It is known through direct experience by the felt sense and in order to know it one must learn how to shift the focus of one's attention. This is done by stopping all effort to DO anything and becoming very still, then enquiring into what is here and aware of being aware in the present moment?
That which is aware is not a thought, image, feeling or experience. It never moves or changes. It is eternal, unseen and beyond time and space. When you give all your attention to this, your whole system opens up to allow the Divine itself to penetrate through your being and infuse every aspect of your life with peace and unconditional Love.

I love you and your videos Louise. I need them a lot. On Fri I go in for The Port they surgically put in chest + next week I get Chemo. They did Mastectomy on right breast. I feel awful and scared.
I send my thoughts of well-being to you. I pray to the Divine, of which we are both a part, that you experience Divine Love, the antidote to fear. I pray to the Divine that you experience peace beyond your comprehension. I pray that you recognize your soul is a part of the Divine and it is a part of me. I pray that you recognize, as you surrender to the care of your doctors and nurses, that you spiritually surrender to your own consciousness and know, beyond any shadow of doubt, that you are enveloped in the safety that only Divine Love can provide. (I, too, have major health issues. With the empathy that this current experience has given and continues to give to me, I pray that you recognize you are constantly surrounded, as indeed you are, by people, by Divine Love, that loves YOU.)

Hi. I seen your comment. Don't mean to intrude. But if you look up " the hugging saint" a lovely indian women should come up. One title " Love is the only answer " love is healing, and healing others. You ever been sad and someone made you laugh? That's healing. I feel love from my daughter's. I've had anxiety from work. My daughter gave me a hug. Anxiety left. A doc will literally give you a pill for that. No need. Love healed. Hope this helps

I've also experienced something. It was what seemed to be a dream because i was sleeping. But it felt so warm and loving. A women was there with light around her and i couldn't see her face. Not sure if it was a guide or seemed like gaurdian angel. But it was just such a warm and loving presence. I hope to see her again. And i hope your well. I truly believe we are all loved so much more than we know from some " other side" thank you for your reply ❤
@@dustinperry8512 I have experienced a challenge recently and I had a lady appear exactly as you described but she had golden white energy so bright that I couldn’t see her face and she was a representative of the divine feminine I feel as I have lately been studying the Gitta and I was thinking how could I have created this I have never hurt anyone knowingly since I started my spiritual path and was feeling sorry for myself which just is not me anymore! The only people I can share this stuff with is people like you and I have just realised how grateful I am for that! So thank you and I want to thank that being and we are all consciousnesses with no separation and this too shall pass! I am grateful for this comment! 💫💜💫

Interesting talk, thank-you. You say, "Open up to a higher intelligence"....but who will do the opening? Certainly thought will try but thought is the same old way of doing business as usual. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing when it tries to pretend it wants to go to a higher level. It's seeking fulfillment as always, but on a higher level, which is only imagination for the one who desires it....who wants to 'give up' the identifications with thoughts, feelings, desires, pleasures and so on. Thought wants to 'give up' so it can get something even more fulfilling.
