Inside the Welsh prison where convicts are cooking Wagamamas

Vegetables are being chopped, chicken is being dipped in breadcrumbs and salad is being prepared - all very ordinary cooking tasks. But today is no ordinary day and this is no ordinary kitchen.
We're in the kitchen at HMP Swansea - and the people preparing the dishes are not ordinary chefs, they're inmates.

Always great to see efforts to reform convicts instead of just punishing them. I wish more and more prisons would make use of programs like this.
