Mr. Minato runs his Japanese restaurant with his wife for quarter century.
The restaurant's supreme one is the tempra bowl which has got some championships of food contests all over Japan.
Furthermore, children can eat Mr. Minato's sophisticated cuisine for free!

Japanese culture isn't too big on "free money" as it were. You aren't supposed to leave tips at eating establishments, because it's considered rude; like you're saying "you won't survive without this." They'd prefer you just order more food. Even when that tsunami/quake destroyed Sendai, they refused foreign aid from many countries. They want to stand on their own two feet, not on loaned crutches.
If you want to do something to help out this amazing man, just share the video and tell as many people as possible about his shop.

Just wanted to let you know I visited here a few weeks ago based off watching this vid. The food was AMAZING! It truly was and the portions are very generous. It was a little to find the entrance but glad I kept looking around for it.
