I think the dance rifle is still the best bonus kill points sniper when 3catspam with it,Fatal decorator is good when you spam it because it has rage and more this sniper (Knight’s crossbow) is good for spam and 3catspam but hard to aim but I still prefer the dance rifle over this sniper.

hmm this crossbow can one shot anyone with lvl 9 mods if that so then why the hell i with my harsh punisher with lvl 9 mods rarely one shot anyone?!

maybe they have anti mods. or u r not using the correct wear. and the new pet. btw i think u can one shot anyone using harsh punisher with level 8 mods.
