The 3rd possibility is suitable for civil war 2 storyline as hulk has been shown a weak character after infinity war so I'm expecting that after she hulk ending we'll see a hint to wwhulk and after world War Hulk event Bruce banner will realise what destruction he has created so It's effects will continue in civil war 2 as thor is hulk's friend so he'll try to save him while captian Marvel will go against him as he killed several innocent people
