I have heard speculations that non-CDL hotshot is dead. Is that true or just negative bunk.

Hola Señor, so great information from ya as usual.
So , I used to be a type 2 & the VA Audie Murphy hospital had a dietician teach as to what foods to eat , but the best information that I learned was that eating celery 2 hours after your morning & lunch meals allows your blood sugar levels to coast nice and slow vs the possibility of tanking wo warning from metformin or any other diabetes drugs to keep your BSL down .
I used to be on metformin & I would test 8-12 x a day as taught by the VA .
Well , I’d already knew when I was getting low , the shakes , headaches, weakness and I’d pop something for it , that is until I had an episode where I’d been bike riding and I felt fine but I decided to stop & check my BSL, 27 , rechecked it 23 . Juiced up on some OJ & it hit 79 .
So that’s when I decided to study more and eventually got off of metformin.
Long story short, I’m no longer a type 2 & my numbers are great and I follow about 75 to 95 of the dietitian guidelines.
Keep on trucking, & that bug out bag was like being prepared for an ALERT & ADVANCE!
Still keep a bag prepared at all times .
