I was so upset .I contacted the Flipkart service and infinix service provider. They listened the problem and accepted a replacement. Can you please give me some guide upon this problem so that the same thing won't happen in future.
If you are living in metro cities then it won't be an issue. Infinix service center is helpful as well,they will help you with third party service centers and I've had no issues with them yet.
