Step 6: Dont be afraid of being called "cheap." Dont hold yourself back from using certain moves. If your goal is to win, then you should be able to use any move you think will help you achieve victory. Now, understand that this does not include blatantly overpowered moves or frankly unfair tactics like go-go gum/absolute zero/GOD's anger. Those are gimmicks; gimmicks that will likely be patched later on anyway. Relying on gimmicks wont help you improve, especially once people become wise to those tactics and figure out ways around them. Losers complain about "cheap" moves.
In Xenoverse I never played online (cracked game) but i finished the game so many time and trained in offline... And when I bought Xenoverse 2 I beated many asses. So practice is the moqt important like my man Omega said.
Once I fought a level 78 and I was level 80 we were fighting I went Ssj3 he somehow didn't have Ssj3 so I went to ssj2 we fought a nice battle I was surprised when I was at low hp and he still had a lot so I went out my form let him charge and I submitted defeat now me and him are friends
my bad habbit is using stamina breaks when i dont mean to, i need to stop holding my left thimbstick too high up when im using square or triangle, or when i double stamina break them when i dont want to.
I agree. My problem is that even with the computer I find it difficult to block and defeat multiple attackers at once and my helpers keep losing......... I also tend to use one attack multiple times. So I'm learning not to do that.
My problem with perfect blocking. I will Z vanish and block but they don't back hit -_- Or I see them rush in and I go to block and I guess I got the timing wrong as they just hit me anyways.
Kushagra _kittu6697 I know I'm gonna have a bad time in a fight when they are smart enough to step vanish backwards after a z vanish to my back. Usually they are much harder to fight against.
Kushagra _kittu6697 Thanks for the advice! I'll try that. I have to focus on predicting individual patterns like someone mentioned in this comments section.
what I usually do when someone's waiting for my first move at the start of the match, I rush in step vanishing. but once I get into there overall vicinity, I fake them out by backing up a bit, tricking THEM into making a first move.
I'm good at fighting, but not so good in online ranked matches, which is rather sad. Watching this video because I'm desperate and haven't won a single online match lol.
If only I could find a single match that can run as smooth as the ones in this video. Majority of the time I'm stuck with Chinese and everyone knows how those matches look if they're from the US.
Dude I got this game while I had no internet and played for about 3 months thinking that I was good by training offline but dude when I seen the other dudes wack me online I had to improve, 2 years after needing help, this video improved my skill
Great video, couple things. Not all characters have stamina break combos, namely every version of saibamen (who literally can ONLY break stamina with a perfect block) but I haven't tested all characters for others. Also what I would add to this is something that I've only started doing recently and it's given me a dramatic improvement I noticed that I would by default be looking at my own character (because I usually look lit af) but if I focus my eyes entirely on my opponents character the whole fight and don't look at anything else suddenly i was playing calmer, reading my opponent, and next thing I knew I beat a guy who had over 2 bars on me. this really ties into your point three of know your moveset, honestly if you even have to GLANCE at what moves you have on DURING battle, you are already moving too slowly. If you instinctially know what move is what, you can keep your eyes locked on your opponent the whole time. Also i would add that a good tactic is to start a fight balancing offense and defense. Once either you or your opponent start getting low on health (or time is low) switch to a full fast offensive. Generally, (if your opponent is at all decent) your opponent will be somewhat reading your balanced pattern and suddenly going total tryhard usually catches them off guard and they will play sloppy for a bit until they catch up with what you are doing. If you can't finish them by the time they start to react better, (back to focusing on your opponent to see this) go back to a more defensive playstyle again. At this point they are generally low in stamina and acting more aggressive, to match your previous aggression, and a well placed perfect block seals the deal breaking their stamina.
Oh I know... I haven't gotten past it yet... Usually you gotta just roll the dice on Friday the 13th during a blue moon, and MAYBE you'll be able to beat it... So far, I have gotten as far as Frieza... And that's it... I've tried all my best strategies and even went through multiple strategies online... It just doesn't work. And nobody will touch this mission online with a 10 foot pole.
Tried that... And still couldn't do it... Whenever I do it, the enemies teleport too much to hit them with Supers, but you can't hurt them with Melee attacks because fo that autododge shit...
another tip if you snap vanish by double taping LT your direction and A you start a dash then vanish so you end up snapping much further since you kinda glich the game and if u spam you will laugh ( also you will need at least decent timing skills)
I just have to get better so I can get super saiyan blue. Not long after I’m in a side quest where it is a 1v3 scenario, I have 3 characters beating me so bad I cant even fight one to gain ki bars cuz they all spam you. They sure do make games difficult.. I don’t wanna be Nintendo switch bound most if the night just to get a bit better at a game I wont even probably own in two years. Lol
simply fly not dash in a circle and in a opposite direction of your opponent,, keep ur distance take bit of steps.. it will work out.. or more effective way is start doing same thing i. e. step vanishing and once in a while press square, it's highly likely that it will stagger them enough to give a combo
Arokarion The perfect stamina break combo depends on the combo itself. For example, Hit has the best stamina break combo in my opinion because at the end of the combo he does the effect where your enemy can't move for a few seconds, allowing you to get a stamina break in instantly
Sure It’s outdated now, but at the time. It was everything I wanted, and more of a dragon ball game. I hope they expand on it, and the scenery. If they make another Xenoverse.
Tip: If you Z-vanish trying to do a perfect block and then the opponent does not immediately back hit you then try and vanish step back. (That's what I think is a very useful thing to know but I could be wrong)
Once the turn around glitch is fixed I'll return to the game. Hate how random it is, I'm trying to finish the fight fast as possible I don't need my victim to get some bs way to fight back.
I know this is an old video, but I had to retrain myself sadly because I was away from my home for a month and I went from someone that's pretty much one Zenkai from Steedoj's level(I battles him 2 times and they were most likely the Greatest Fights I've ever had in this game. P.S. He won both of the times 😁)
Also, I endorse this Video Fully. Everything this guy is saying is the truth right to the Roots. I have something to add to this video though, the best way to get better at something is not to train to get better but Train To Be The Beat! You might not become the best, but you'll become better then you would of!
you don't need to be good at perfect blocking, just force them to burn stamina, don't burn your stamina, sometimes its better to take the damage they deal to you because a lot of the time they'll anticipate a vanish. and if you find yourself vanishing behind them. dash left or right a lot of the time you'll have the advantage because they're trying to one up you by always back hitting.
When I played xenoverse 2 online, my eyes were opened. All that time, my cousin and me just z-vanished when we were behind each other, and we called ourselves "good players", I realized we've been doing everything all wrong when I got my first beatdown with a pro player in online mode, it didn't matter if my character was lvl 80, he still beat me like a mule, and I was helplessly snap vanishing at each interval, thankfully, I got much better after practising and watching videos like this, and doing lots of parallel quests, and finally I became a good player. (See no quotation marks)
I'm pretty great at just guard, great at backhit, know how to stam break without chance of enemy jumping out, but for some reason I still have friends that are stronger, I'm definitely not the weakest tho.

HalozillaEX yeah it's the opponents job to learn the match up and know how to counter it to win
I don't get what you are saying, are we supposed to use the cheap moves or not :v

+Fire_Strategy All cheap moves are exploitable that's what makes them cheap
