    That's what us Indigenous people call sweat bath. 😂 we sweat hot very hot. Lol it's made for us to suffer not ment for relaxation. I've had boils on my back from it. Ur supposed to pray with everyone and ur prayers go to the creator as one. It's our church I guess u can say.
