That is an area of decomposed bedrock so the deeper into it you go the bigger the gold gets but not many colors in it. Most of the gold is in the top couple of inches but some of the soft spots go down over a foot. I'll probably go and excavate some of the remaining pockets but the majority of the concentrated gold has been extracted. 💪😎

Love my 15 inch XP,im gonna grab a batea pan either tommoro or next week. That blue works great for me out in the creek.
Batea pans move 1/2 a bucket of material in 5 minutes or less, 18 inch metal betea pans work best, no flex
