This is one of my very favourite song from Punjabi film Khan Chacha song called “ Jinna Teri marzi nachaa baliya “ ( I adore Madam Noor Jehan music director Nazir Ali and poet Hazeen Quadri - they are all gone ) after listening to it over the years and hundreds of times i always wonders why the song writer wrote “sarr luthay aashqan da dharr nachda” aaha moment came when i did some research on poet Hazeen Quadri who was one of most brilliant Punjabi poet and movie writer in this song he conveying something very special as a Punjabi and to our history but discreetly.
I could be wrong but this how I understand it enjoy it.
