I know it's was NWO DX and other groups but I give my props to the 4 Hoursemen who paved way for other people
There are only a few "Themes" that I believe are truly "Perfect." The Four Horsemen theme was one of them. Another was the theme to the videogame called Killer Instinct - which is very similar to the Four Horsemen theme song. Every time I would go to an arcade, I would see Killer Instinct and hear the awesome music and think, "This is so much like the Four Horsemen theme song."

My God, this theme sends goosebumps up and down my spine and brings tears to my eyes. When I hear it, I'm lost in a better place. This theme makes me grieve for Ric Flair in the ring. Makes me grieve for The 4 Horsemen. Makes me grieve for WCW. And makes me grieve for a time when everything was better.
(Tears) when my son gets old enough I'll tell him of a time when men fought in the ring for honour and championships. Four Horsemen forever!!!

Love this theme... so simple yet it meant something... told you who was coming to the ring and it got you pumped without over doing it
In 1986 in my hometown Atlanta G.A downtown at Freeman Shoes I almost got hit by a car trying to meet the Four Horsemen I meet them a was 12 years old that's called putting your body on the line to meet Legends.
In 1996 I almost got ran over trying to see Benoit and Flair.
This goes to show that you can make great music without ever having lyrics in the song. Long live the four horsemen. #ThisGuy

Mongo McMichael was bad, but he definitely was not the worst Horseman ever. That title belongs to Horseman who just didn't fit. That man was "Pretty" Paul Roma. You might remember him from three different tag teams: The Young Stallions (with Jim Powers), Pretty Wonderful (with "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff) and Power and Glory (with Hercules, managed by "The Doctor of Style" Slick").

@@ennbee2051 Mongo was not the worse by far. He was annoying sure, not a good worker yep but he had the look and as long he wasnt doing something stupid he was believable as a big guy. There have been worse horsemen for sure.

Not a fan of WCW during the Monday Night Wars but this theme song made Nitro worth checking out at the time.

When I was a teen there was 7 of us guys that lived on same street, basically next door to to each other. We called ourselves "The mag. 7". But, our group was based on wrestling "4 horsemen". We each had codenames, held up 7 fingers and wore t shirts with our logo. Our logo was a 7 halfway in an upside down triangle. Those were the days. Even though those days are gone and all us guys have gone our separate ways and no longer communicate,
Those memories will always be there to remind us of summers long ago on 1st street in Trenton, Georgia. My cousin was even our associate lol. Long live the "4 horsemen". Long live the "mag. 7". Jonathan "goose" Connell, Ronald "slim" baldwin(wise)(me), lancer " freezer" Patterson, Matt "top gun" nethery, Terry "blood" Sullivan jr., Robert "stud" Lang, Bill "chill" Lang, Kelly "flash" harris(associate) and Chris "snowman" greene(later replacement member).

I loved Sting as a little kid, HATED the nature boy!!! Legendary battles, two of the greatest..
Years later when I got older and wiser, and realized how important the villains are, and started cheering for the heels, only then did I grow to appreciate the four horsemen...
I go back and rewatch some of this shit and wish I could jump in a time machine! Long live the dirtiest player in the game, the nature boy Ric Flair!!! To be the man, YOU GOTTA BEAT THE MAN.. long live the enforcer, double A, Arn Anderson...

To me, this is the single greatest underrated entrance theme in wrestling history. Seriously, listening to it, all you can really envision is Flair, Arn, Tully & whomever else walking that aisle, their arms outstretched, their hands raised in the Four Horsemen symbol. Iconic, & I'd love to see a new incarnation of it, lead by Flair in WWE (not named Evolution), or by Arn & Tully in AEW. Either way, you build it slowly, each member slowly gaining dominance, until finally reaching the pinnacle of the business. Guess created & careers made. Fuck I miss these guys!!! Lmao

hearing this vividly brings back the segment where a Wounded Double A offered up not only a spot but his spot in the horseman to a thoroughbred named Curt Henning. Which the bookers ended up dropping the ball on that whole situation. Perfect made the horseman formidable again. could have rivaled the NWO best with a little outside help from AA.
