Madam - the one that's asking for personal information - we're stuck at that page - you put a white cover there, so we couldn't see - paypal is not offering (INR - Indian Rupees) as a Currency option to receive payments, can you tell us what to select from the dropdown? It is on the personal information intake page - the last information on that page

You can only receive payments in the available currencies
Try refreshing it, I had the same issue and after a quick refresh it was working. (PS: Let the currency be in Dollars)
