Hi Jim, First, I want to thank you for making these educational videos that helped me tremendously. I am the successor trustee of mom's living trust. I had NO IDEA that I would have many responsibilities as a trustee! My mom must have taken a loan out on one of her properties and did not put it back in the trust, so I am going through Heggstad and feel like it's never going to end with this mess of the trust and how it was written, but thanks to you I can learn before I mess things up that would be my responsibility as the Trustee. I watch every video (even all the older ones).

Thanks for leaving a comment! I'm really glad to hear that the videos have been so beneficial to you during this challenging time. Remember, hurdles like these are complex, but with careful learning and expert guidance, you're well on your way to fulfilling your duties as Trustee.

He is a great teacher, you'll want to hire his team to perform all the administrative steps too complex to cover in his videos to monitor, defend, fraud check validate and certify rightful heirs. You'll want the the old law practice model Prebate arbiter interdiction title administration. With a NICER FEDS forgery proof permission ledger RLT, Schedule C counterfeit free LLC and Schedule D Interdiction DPOA to prevent inheritance and legacy wealth transfer thieves and court conservatorships. Arriving around super bowl Sunday to prevent financial elder abuse and title thieves.

How old is too old for trust, 10, 20 years?

A trust becomes "too old" when your life circumstances change, whether that be a new birth, a death, or incapacity of anyone listed in your Estate Planning Documents. Other times, a trust can become outdated if your wishes change. At CunninghamLegal, we believe that you should have your trust reviewed every 3 to 5 years because that is often the timeframe in which major life changes and law changes occur. @@CunninghamLegal Great answer and maybe a yearly checkup around the time caregiving is needed?

@@KennethGuilory-w8q Yearly is great. At a minimum, look at the document to see if the people named are still alive and whether you still want them in those roles.

@@CunninghamLegal Excellent answer, NICER FEDS recommends anytime you purchase a new home or business to add the Prebate Nickel Inheritance Security System. And spare our kids the Probate Dime crime and Litigation Quarter, when the 33-year reform Prebate arbiter interdiction title administration goes global around Super Bowl Sunday, Lord willing and the creek don't rise.
