This song came to mind as I was sitting in church on Sunday listening to dear friend of mine preaching. It's so perfect, because my life has been quite a storm the past year and a half. I lost my Mama 3 weeks ago (and this was one of her favorite songs) and I lost my Daddy 4 months ago. This song is a light in this storm.
I love that every word Mike sings is crystal clear, with no loss in the soulfulness with which his voice is so imbued and which saturates the lyrics of this wonderful, wonderful song. This is a masterful performance by The Bowling Family under the inspiration of God's Holy Spirit! Thank you, "hopesfan", for posting this video of such quality. It's truly a blessing to me, more so than I can tell you. God does work in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform. Truly.
Thank you so much for making this video and the song it hits home every time I listen to it at least once a week 2 years ago my wife got diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time we are still in the fight to beat it in between the miscarriages and all the chemo and the radiation the bone-marrow and blood transfusion fusions all you can do is have faith and hold on in this song keeps me grounded keeps me inspired to move on day by day one day at a time and leave the rest up to God
Here I am 8 months later & although tonight I'm not doing to well but God has brought me through so much & I have been feeling so much better. My body still needs prayers. I lift my hands & I know my cries I awoken the master.

My sister is currently in the hospital fighting for her life from the Covid 19. This song brought her through a battle with cancer 10 years ago. I will post it to facebook in her honor daily until she returns home here or if God sees fit goes to her hevenly home. It is all in God's hands. Please say a prayer for her.
