Mere paas Haier ka 1.6 ton Heavy duty ac hai jo meine March 2023 mein kharida tha. Iski indoor unit bahot awaaz karti hai. Lene se pehle is baat ko mind mein rakhna. Mere experience mein agar aap ise room mein bed se kafi door lagao ya phir chhote drawing room mein lagao tabhi lena.
Customer service bahot achchi hai. Mein Delhi mein rehta hoon aur complaint karne par jaldi se action hota hai

There are finer points. Like R410 is a 2 component gas. R32 is single.
Cooling wise you need not worry.

@@ZenHomeAppliances That is precisely what i am trying to make public aware of. Through my advice 14nos. 1.5 Ton Haier split were bought from last Oct to to date. The last bought was a 2.0 Ton whose flaps were not closing during the closing session. We requested the Pondicherry Haier authorised service centre they didn't even lift the mobile leave aside coming. Then I wrote this problem to Haier Customer Services, after posting it i got the most brilliant interface. Due to network issues we cannot take your complaint 😊
