I also use "have a nice day" when I'm picking up food from a restaurant, so what are phrases one might use when speaking to someone who is not as familiar?

You can say "再见/下次见" which means "see you":)

I suppose one could say "天的好" or 明天好 but those aren't set phrases.

Not sure if this is possible but is there any way for me to greet a customer I have just served after this?
I usually tell english customers to “Have a good day” after I hand them their items, but we get a lot of Chinese customers too, I would like to greet them in a similar way if possible :)
