Yes ! I bought the safe cut can opener for my elderly mother. Absolutely best idea. I purchased one. And, it is true the lids and the tops of cans are not sharp at all! Can make so many crafts with cans and lids using this can opener. Even children can use the lids and cans for projects. Of course check them first to make sure before giving to children.
Oh, I had such a laugh when your kitty was trying to get in that first time! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Any idea how long it took to make this? It would be great if you could give us an idea of the time it takes, just so we know if we have the stamina to make the project! ☺️☺️☺️☺️ This is really a lovely cat bed. 👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for watching. I felt like crying when I saw her to get in the first time. I can only guess at how long it took as I worked on it for several months but I think it must have taken at least 40 hours. And that's not counting all the time it took to empty the cans. 🙂🙂🙂
What a wonderful treat you've left for us to copy. I'm looking forward to attempting this unique cat conso. I've started to save soda cans and have started to collect most parts. Now, to figure out the plastic bag string.
Thanks for watching. The rope is very easy to make. Here is the link to the tutorial in case you missed it. ruclips.net/video/_txVAxNKVRw/видео.htmlsi=qoRRCpWisxzxj6ff
Thanks, @upcycleDesignLab I am inspired by your work and have been following closely. I may need to purchase a soda can lid cutter as my old school can opener can not keep up! 😂
You can find this tape at home improvement stores or on line I use the Nashua brand but others would probably work too. Here is a link if you want to check it out. amzn.to/4crMayS

I think it is such a great invention but a lot of folks still haven't heard of them.
I am so glad you showed us the cat inside! It made me smile!
Thanks for watching 😊
You are so creative! Your recycled cat bed looks fantastic! Upcycling the stuffed animal carnage was genius! Love it!

Where can I get that aluminum tape and what is it called?

Why did you need both hot glue & E-6000 for the feet?
I like to use them together because the e6000 is a strong glue but it take a while to set up. The hot glue grabs quickly but I don't trust the hold. 🙂
Just FYI, you wrote "there is" instead of "theirs" on the thumbnail. :-) (Otherwise, this project is really cool looking!)
Thanks I fixed it. 🙂
❤❤❤
Thanks 😊
