O'Malley has to know that people who are really funny are always really intelligent too. That's why they can play the role of different people, because they understand nuance. Grace you're awesome. Every time you and Bri have a deeper conversation it makes me remember why I fell in love with this podcast, you guys are real and honest while not taking everything too seriously. I relate to you guys so much I feel like we're close friends.

I feel like the whole character/bit discussion is maybe a way of coping or desensitizing yourself so that you don’t feel like the pressure and possible hate or judgment is on you as a person but can put it onto the “character”. It’s almost like a false sense of security bc you know that that’s not really you at heart, it’s partially this act you’re putting on so that you can write it off as “well that’s j the bit, not me”. But like you said, eventually you start becoming that character in real life because you’re always “on” as bri said… however, at the end of the day you are gonna be so much happier and less stressed if you j let that go and be yourself. You don’t have to be this bit to be funny or liked. When you are yourself and you’re comfortable you’re relatable and genuine and that’s what people will be drawn to. The second you let go, you will radiate authentic energy that will attract good things and also bring out good things within yourself.

Dawg. Vyvanse comedowns are absolute hell. I know why you guys are feeling like this. Those adhd med’s are so so bad for you. I was on them for 2 years and it triggered bi polar and now I’m screwed.
I got semi hooked during the start of the pandemic (because well everyone was just overindulging in stuff during that time) and was on addy almost daily for a year it wasn't until I started mixing it with drinking that I noticed how bad they are and how addictive the cycle can be. Be safe out there peeps
