Okay but I love how the syncopation throughout creates an "out of phase" sense that enhances the song's theme of not being quite where you want to be in life, existing in a slightly different reality than the one around you
I got the exact same sense from this song! living in multiple realities but knowing its not sustainable , knowing you must leave the one that feels most safe and ''the life you should be living'' .Its just an escape ,its not reality and is not what you actually want or are drawn to
they explore so much sonically, every track has a super unique hook thats great to sing to but if you super listen they have so much fun with the sound
The first track they played and i was instantly blown away by the way the sounds grow and establish this unique atmosphere. Adding to this, they spent plenty of time signing stuff and proved that they`re nice folks.
