Great explanation. I was trying to optimize the power transmission in a RF system by varying the source frequencies using ESC. When I simulate the system ( a source with varying frequency sinusoid signal, and output at the RLC based load), the output is measured by multiplying the output voltage and current and apply low pass filter to it. If I use this output as my feedback for ESC, will it work since there is a extra LPF?
instead of designing the objective function one can just control towards the desired setpoint which this objective function symbolizes, this is such a strange control method, i am certain i can outperform it with a boring PID
