Yeah it seems to be a common problem in life. Most people get upset because of the minority of people being loud when the majority aren't like that. It’s actually not that hard to run after getting tazed irl. It’s happening so much that they’re proposing little trip wires that wrap around the legs and have little hooks that penetrate the skin so you’d need pliers to pull them out.
But my point is most people run after being tazed all the time in fact some of them even run during being tazed, and just pull the wires out
