this was all so true, but i just spend most of my study time trying to reteach myself everything from the unit again because i tend to take notes but forget most of it in a couple days 😭 if i could actually remember everything it would decrease my study time drastically
Notes: "rise" productivity app have snacks and water with you while studying how to take notes: use brush pens and colored pens (title) introduce the topic with a simple summary highlight subtopics use bullet points and arrows for elaboration draw little pictures in science class study method: brain dump mind mapping put any assignment on a calendar clean up your bag at the end of each week have the mindset that getting straight a's is easy accessorize your hair with bows or headbands validate and be content with yourself school is just another part of your life set a dedicated time in a week to doing things BY yourself and FOR yourself(solo dates)
