Hi. Great video as always. Just wanted to ask you whether the diffraction gratings PAG to determine the wavelength of light could come up in paper 1 or whether it is only a paper 2 or potentially 3 PAG. Also are there any stars/cosmology PAGs that could come up for example stellar parallax? Best regards.
Hi, if you do OCR A the diffraction PAG is under Paper 1 as it's part of the astrophysics. It might be in a different Paper if you do a different exam board. Hope this helps!
2:47 really helped me understand the grating spacing concept. Thanks great video 😊
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for the comment!
My exam starts on 4 minutes
Thank you Brudda 🙏
Good luck!

@@zhelyo_physics Helps a lot thanks. Btw put the force darth vader meme back into the videos it's too good lol.
3:10 that was cool
haha thanks! I'd forgotten that effect!
@@zhelyo_physicswhat a legend hes still replying to comments
Very nice explination ❤️
Thank you!
Hi there, I don't understand why the order of diffraction in the worked example was 2, can you explain please it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, the question was just asking to find the angle for the 2nd order, so set n=2. Hope this helps!
Your 700 looks like a 100 other than that sick video mate
4:51 turning mm to m is it not x10^-3
Yes, but is 1/mm, so dividing 10^-3 has the same effect as multiplying by 10^3
hello sir, do we need to learn how to do PAG 5 for this ?
was this the diffraction grating finding the wavelength one? If so yep : ) I have covered it in the astrophysics video.
@@zhelyo_physicsperfect. thank u sir
Sir what will be n values for order minimum
Do you mean for a Young's Double Slit or a diffraction grating? Diffraction gratings sure typically even in terms of maximuma
so good
Thank you very much for the comment!
