I always laughed at the Cooper Hayes episodes as a kid because you see Chuck Norris doing karate/etc. in what's supposed to be the 1800's, or, something like that.
To this day, I still find them funny...

I would say Killgoore was probably the fastest guy cooper went against on the hayes cooper storyline in the final showdown Leon Rippy was playing a bad guy really fast with the gun but he was really slow compared to cooper
