The point he mentioned about the Slack thread happening along with the comments in the documents is so true. Not only that, by the time you arrive at next meeting for the review, CEO and CTO would have gone for a dinner and decided to do something completely different and then you are back to "draft" state of the document.

This was an interesting listen. One thing though that stuck out at me when he described Catalyst, is essentially he was saying "We use a RACI chart" without saying we use a RACI. Driver is Responsible, Braintrust is Consult, Maestro is just the chair/moderator of the meeting. Not sure if there are more roles in Catalyst, but that is my takeaway - make sure people understand their role.
Shishir is absolutely fab. I would have loved for him to spend time on all the nuances though. It seems the summit needs to be a 2 day event. But given Lenny's skyrocketing empire even a week might not do justice to the event by next year, who knows. And I loved the no ads format. No more Vanta, whatever that is.
