@Manvi Popli instruction book states it's not intended to b an ice crusher..Attempting to crush ice may cause permanent damage to the cross blades or cause the unit to malfunction..I'm thinking possibly using crushed ice may be safer to not cause any damage instead of cubed ice..🤷♀️
