Finally. I've always wanted to see a video of the Siemens P2000 light rail vehicles, rolling on the newly extended Metro A Line (Blue). It feels great seeing these trains roll under the Regional Connector tunnel, back on its "home tracks" in Pasadena, and for the first time in a video in the San Gabriel Valley. It's quite a shame that the P2000's station announcement PA system wasn't working, neither did the final destination boards, not displaying the blue "A" dot with its final destination name. I'm surprised that the P2000's haven't been rolling on the C Line (Green) lately. I'm hoping that by November of this year, when the C and K lines get reconfigured with new LAX Airport train stations opening, some of the P2000's could roll on the K Line for the first time.
I'm excited that the P2000's are on the A Line as well. I can't wait for their announcements to work. I've seen some P2000's on the C Line but more P3010's as of today. I look forward to some P2000's on the K Line hopefully in November!! I wonder where the P2550's will go!!
This isn't the first time since 2012. It's actually the 2nd time. They were on the L Line in early 2023 before they were refurbished and the RC opening as part of the RC pre-revenue testing
Yes since it broke down up to irwindale Station so it may no longer handle the A Line anymore. Also the A Line already have the Bredas exclusive to the A so let the E Line have the Siemens also the shape can tell what line your on
They already been on the E line for testing but they might be in service on the E line in the future. They will probably never be on the K or C lines .
Its going to be exclusive to the E Line since i heard they can no longer handle the A Line since i recently heard it broke down so its going to be E Line Exclusive

@@sgtdebonesThere is no L line.
@@mrxman581 There *was* an L Line
Finally Siemens P2000 is in Blue Line!
Hell yeah, the Siemens P2000s/SD-460s are now on the Blue/A Line after over a year.
The P2000 trains replaced the now retired Nippon Sharyo P2020 trains on the Green Line in the early 2000's.
Where on earth did you get sd460
They are not P2000 anymore . If you try searching them up or track them they come up as SD460 now .
P2000s are indeed just custom built SD460s from the very start in reality
It’s interesting that the P2000s are no longer on the C
I still seem them it did not cease Siemens P2000 in c line
@@ItsAaronPlayz they all got removed now
