You shall remind the audience the potential danger of the liquid nitrogen. Using the bare hands in the video is not ideal in this video. But anyway, appreciate all the effort you made!
Safety tips are in the article. I find that bare hands are safer than gloves: the LN2 gets tuck in the thread of the glove!

The individual chemicals can be purchased separately, then baked together. Saves money.
