That formidable foes has to be people's favourites not formidable because for a star, Zodiark and endsinger were above pandemonium, though that could just be normal anyway with it being based on the poll takers. Though the fact he's a turn 2 up there with all these trial and 4th turn bosses is great
Even for favorites the results are wrong. I don't believe one second this is a true, I believe this is SE playing with the numbers. There is no way this list is true
@@dragonmares59110 It's also a case of, you ask thousands of FFXIV players to fill out a survey and they are GONNA misread the question to get whatever they like up there lmfao. For the bosses one also, gotta remember 90% of the people who filled out this survey never set foot in savage or ultimate, so this is the ones that duty finder finds "formidable" I reckon.
@@cnnvrxiv yeah, some raiders always forget ~90% of the players don't do high end dutys, not to mention ultimate raiders are like less than 1%.
I see the word formidable and thing hardest mechanically, but I can see how someone would read formidable and think of the story importance or who had the most challenging ideas opposed to the WoL.
@@azurechan Ya pretty much, they legit just asked maybe millions of people a kinda open question so of course the results are kinda funky lmfao.
It would be fun to see stats like which bosses killed the most players and wiped the most parties. I'd want to see both total deaths and deaths as a percent of attempts since many of the hardest fights are optional so lots of players skip them.

nonono they´re right you know alexander is quite literally the strongest foe we faced, if he wanted he could undo his defeat, if alexander wanted he alone could probably have stopped the final days

that is kinda interesting that more people came during shadow bringers when they had to shut down the ability to buy ff14 because of how many people was playing. it took an hour or more to get in the game and i didn't have that problem during shadow bringers.

Nah dude Starbird is not the favorite minion I don't believe that. I've done Dead Ends like 75+ times and only even seen it drop twice, if players can barely even get it then how tf is it the most used? Also what in the world is that formidable foe slide, that straight up looks like they just asked somebody to name bosses at random.
I have seen it dropped once...the drop rate is so stupidly low

It’s not based on most used xeno’s sorely out of the loop on this one LMAO this is based on a community vote. Everyone voted the chocobo as their favorite mount and the starboard as their favorite minion.

Millions of players dying to hades> a few thousand players dying to an ultimate boss
It was data on bosses that killed the most players overall, how can someone expect an ultimate boss to be on this list, when only a small % of the player base does ultimate? Insane
The only reason i started playing ffxiv back on shadowbringers was because my friends stoped playing wow for that time and invited me to play.

The formidable foe part made me shake my head. If they gave metrics maybe but otherwise I strongly disagree with most of the choices/rankings.

Most formidable foe should be the wandering minstral for coming off with all the ultimates we have been suffering and progging in.
They shoud add beards and make bald head reflective.
Even bring back flash for paladins and they use their bald head to flash
