I've wondered how tf I would even begin to attempt explaining this collab to anyone uninitiated in the Touhou and Vocaloid fandoms.
"Well you see, 20 years ago this really good music producer who happens to really like beer made this indie video game about one time the moon was replaced with a fake one. And in that video game there's this one immortal doctor who made a fake moon to protect a lunar princess. But then another music producer decided to make a meme remix of one of the game's songs about this doctor character being more powerful than the lunar princess character and constantly asking her for help, and now this song has arguably become significantly more famous than the original song. At the same time there were a series of singing voice synthesizers being released in Japan. The most famous synthesizers made by this one company eventually franchised the likenesses of the synthesizers' personas to a different company that makes mobile rhythm games. This same mobile rhythm game also purchased the rights to the remake of the original meme remix from decades ago. And now in this particular collab, the moon doctor from the original remix of the drunk video game producer 20 years ago is now being portrayed as a school doctor who constantly helps a bunch of the literally hundreds of characters from the multiple decades this indie game franchise has been running, except now the personas of the singing voice synthesizers are now also being portrayed as students in the same school, and now the video game characters have an odd obsession with the synthesizer characters, leading the most famous one to need help from the fake moon lunar doctor"

The latest game is Unfishied Dream Of All Living Ghost (2023)

basically it is a very long series of bullet hell games that started in the 90s and is ongoing. it primarily became popular from the fan works (doujin) (such as this song) most of the songs you hear are from fans

@@intra93Actually, it was beatmario himself not wanting Miku saying “お〇π”, so he had the guy tuning(Bibi), use “いっぱい” instead.
So it had gone like this in the original:
“お〇π！お〇π！(お〇π！お〇π！)
お〇π！お〇π！(お〇π！お〇π！)
大きくお〇π！(大きくお〇π！)
お〇πえーりん！(お〇πえーりん！)”
But was changed to this for Miku’s version:
“いっぱい！いっぱい！(いっぱい！いっぱい！)

夢がいっぱい！(夢がいっぱい！)
いっぱいえーりん！(いっぱいえーりん！)”
Basically the entire section was cut for Project Sekai because the song unmodified would have been ridiculously long for Project Sekai. So they shortened it, removing this part in the process.

Eirin Yagokoro is a Touhou character that first appeared in the 8th game. the song is based on a meme from 2ch and was released in 2004
she’s the girl with the light pinkish braid and the doctor outfit in the MV. Kaguya Houraisan (brown hair) is known to be one of the weaker bosses in that stage so the premise here is that she is relying on Eirin
