BESIGYE CASE: WRITES TO COURT OVER HIS ABSENTIA

Rt. Col. Dr. Kiiza Besigye has not appeared before the Buganda Road court on charges of inciting violence.
Besigye has written to court stating that he is Indisposed.
He was supposed to appear with his co-accused Samuel Lubega Mukaaku.
Dr. Kiiza Besigye has not appeared before the Buganda road court to answer charges of inciting violence which offence prosecution alleges that was committed around Kikuubo - Kampala.
Despite informing court in writing that he was Indisposed, his co-accused Samuel Lubega Mukaaku was present.
It is alleged that, the two were arrested as they were expressing concern over the hiked price of commodities in the country.
